GBBGull P:72F has returned to Newlyn Harbour Cornwall for the second time this year seen once more on the 10th November. Sighting passed on by the West Cornwall ringing Group.
A regular visitor to Perelle Beach Guernsey is GBBGull P:43A seen there on the 13th November. This Gull is a well established Channel Island resident.

GBBGull P:10B was back in the roost on Portland on the 18th October seen by Mark Cutts.
This years fledglings are continuing to give first sightings or in the case of GBBGull P:02K first and second sightings on consecutive days.

Our Gulls are moving around and giving sightings.
GBBGull P:60H was on the fish Quay in Plymouth seen by Luke Marsh seen there on the 4th September, a wise place for a Gull to visit, . On the 12th September it had moved out to the roost on Blaxton Meadows still on the Plym Estuary, seen by Pete Aley. Ringed June this year.
GBBGull P:76H ringed in June gave its first sighting at Perelle Beach Guernsey seen by Wayne Turner on the 12th September.

Sightings of Gulls from all projects are amatter of the right person being in the right place at the right time to send in their sightings.
Mike Hill ha sent in threee sightings from the Axe Estuary Devon all from the 19th August.
GBBGull P:46B last seen in NOvember 2019 nice to know it is still ok after nearly a 5 year break
GBBGull P:04D back after just over a year of not being seen, equally welcome news.
GBBGull P:62A is virtually a daily visitor to the Axe at the moment, there must be a good local food supply.

GBBGull P:05D has returned to view and Perelle Beach Guernsey after an abscence of nearly 2 years with out a sighting.

Judging by the number of sightings given by our Great Black Backed Gulls the Autumn migration is under way, 9 in the last week.
Our first sighting from this years ringing GBBGull P:05K ringed 2nd July and sighted on the 7th August to west on the Otter Estuaty in Devon by Rick Lockwood..

GbbGull P:89F has now visited the Axe Estuary having been to Guernsey and West Bexington Dorset since it was ringed in June 2023. Sighting by Mike Hill who also noted GBBGull P;62A was still in the Axe Estuary area on the 27th and 31July.
Over on Guernsey on the 4th August GBBGull P;38D made a return visit to Perelle Beach Guernsey seen by Wayne urner. It has made 2 visits that we know of to Perelle so far and 1 visit to Jersey since being ringed in June 2021.
