It has been very busy recently and now is the time to catch up with sight                                                       

Great Black Backed Gull P:35F was seen at Colin Best Nature reserve Guernsey on the 5th September at 10.50am by Wayne Turner and relocated shortly after wards in L'Eree bay at 11.20am also Guernsey.

The same gull was seen shortly after on the 16th September at Slapton Sands Devon by Perry Sanders.

Also on the 16th at Slapton sands was Great Black Backed Gull P:52F sighting from Perry.

Going back to the 5th September Great Black Backed Gull P:43F was seen at Perelle Beach Guernsey by Mark Guppy.

Again at Perelle but on the 11th September was Great Black Backed Gull P:38D seen by Dave Murray and Wayne Turner.

Over in Calvados Normandy France on the 13th September Great Black Backed Gull P:99D was sighted by Gilbert Vimard at Grand-Camp Maisy in the Port.

The last sighting for the moment comes from Cornwall at Saint Gothian sands on the 24th September of Great Black Backed Gull P:03D seen by Shaun Grose and passed on by the West Cornwall Ringing Group.

An interesting example of Gull movements from this years fledgelings.
